Facilities
Our facilities with a surface over 36.000m2, with the latest technological advances, it have beed designed so that all production processes ensure the extractión of the best olive juice. The privileged place of Olibaza, guarantees the quality and health olives for extracting olive juice.
Our facilities have the next areas:
- Reception zone:
Three doubles lines to recieve the olives. The lines are formed by discharge hoppers olive, destemmed and washers. Weighing equipment.
The storage hoppers, composed by a pile of 8 unities with a total capacity of 560 Tm.
This facilities guarantee the greater speed in the cleaned, weighing and step to the next stage, to conserve all product quality. - Factory:
Our factory have 6 extraction lines by centrifugation, this process is developed in two phases and each line has a capacity of 600Tm/day. The oil obtained in the previus phase is introduced in a vertical centrifuge line to remove water and impurities. Finally the oil goes through lightening processes. - Cellar:
Formed by 24 stainless steel tanks, with a capacity of 2.000 TM of oil. - Packing: Placed in Olibaza's facilities.
·Filter and storage of oil: It have a filter based in diatoms and a stainless steel tank to conservate the oil before packing.
·Packing area: It has two lines prepared for packaging different formats, it has a packaging capacity of 200 tons / month.
·Olibaza have a store for auxiliary materials and oil store.
Offices: Is the first contact with our customers and agriculturist. Here we manage our products and marketing.
